Originally from Dunedin, I studied music at Whitirea Polytechnic in Porirua before heading to Teachers College at Victoria University. I have a deep passion for all kinds of music and instruments, and have spent the last few years teaching on a range of instruments. I’ve been playing in original bands since I was in high school and am currently playing in 6 bands around wellington. I teach guitar and bass and have an eclectic taste in instruments such as 6 – 10 string basses, 7 – 8 string guitars, and fretless instruments. I am also an avid classical guitar enthusiast.

I can teach the following on either bass or guitar:

Blues

  • Jazz
  • Rock
